• We accept Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Payment must be completed before shipment, except for COD orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery times are indicated on the Shipping Policy page.

• Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or weather conditions.

• Haakdak is not responsible for delays once the order is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

• Certain items (e.g., personal care, undergarments, perishable goods) are non-returnable.
