You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Items not eligible for return: undergarments, personal care items, perishable goods, and discounted/clearance products.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, send the product back to our return address.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Card, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be transferred to your mobile banking account.
Exchanges are possible only if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
In case of defective/damaged products, Haakdak will cover the return shipping cost.
