At Haakdak, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Items not eligible for return: undergarments, personal care items, perishable goods, and discounted/clearance products.


2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, send the product back to our return address.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Card, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be transferred to your mobile banking account.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

  • In case of defective/damaged products, Haakdak will cover the return shipping cost.
